System Highlights
Ground equipment - easy to use
The CDB solution utilizes government furnished equipment such as sensors
currently used to measure helicopter drive train vibration. The data acquisition
unit is light weighted, easily upgradable to work with variety of on-board
diagnostic systems and developed based on industry standard.
CDB algorithms are used to analyze the data and provide with balancing solution
to virtually eliminate vibration and predict the health of aircraft drive train
components. The acquired data is uploaded from the laptop to the main
centralized server and is diagnosed for short and long-term trend analys
Users are able to log in to the centralized server and view data in various
forms. Set up files allows the users to program the system to send automatic
notification with data trends and findings.
